Are You Causing The Planet Earth To End ?

Global warming and related issues are cause of concern for every one in order to save the world and planet we live in; in this discussion we learn how.

God made Man, Man created trade, trade created demand, mass demand created industrialization and in the process is catalyzing the end of this world.

Global warming refers to an increase in the overall average temperature of the earth, which disturbs the balance of nature. Due to the effect of the pollutants, harmful gases  like carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, chlorine, bromine, etc. result in melting of snow and ice from glaciers which in turn increases sea level that can endanger the life in the world and also cause sudden climactic changes like drought, volcanic eruption, heavy rainfall floods, twister en route

to huge catastrophic results leading to the end of our existence.

Emission of carbon dioxide due to the combustion from small and large-scale industrial development plays a major role in increasing global temperature. One of the largest producers of carbon dioxide is the coal producing sector as well as the automobile sector that plays a sizeable role in the same. Industrialization also causes destruction of forestland and an increase in growth of human population obliterates the balance of Mother Nature.

With the beginning of industrial revolution depletion of the ozone layer, the protective shield on the earth’s surface started deteriorating which has increased, to make a hole in the ozone layer up to 20 % over the regions of the Antarctic. The harmful ultraviolet B rays from the sun penetrate the earth’s surface to ruin the equipoise of the greenhouse effect. The Ultraviolet rays can cause skin cancer and can harm animals too. It can

mutate in phytoplankton, shrimps thus endangering the life cycle of the earth.

Though 2012 was, a lucky year where some reversal has started and the release of pollutants are less compared to the damage done in 80’s and 90’s the peak decades of industrial development and also peak decades causing depletion of the ozone layer in stratosphere. The summits and campaigns encouraged by the UN and other important agencies engaged with such role could curb the human induced interference with the climate system. The Kyoto Protocol is the environmental treaty made by the UNFCC with many nations participating in it. Their goal is to reverse the effect of Green, house to protect the Earth.

All of us in some or other ways have taken part in accelerating this disruption caused in the balance of the nature. The policy makers are trying their level best to reverse the damage. We all are aware that the trees emit oxygen, but the amount of oxygen a mature tree produces is not very commonly known. According to “Arbor Day Foundation”   a mature Leafy tree can emit the oxygen enough to support ten people to inhale throughout the year. Apart from leaving behind all our differences if we all consider ourselves as habitants of Earth and take one common mission to plant just one tree to rebalance Mother Nature, can it accelerate the reversal?
